An exploration of the world of outdoor photography by Marcia Zacharias

I tend to think of the act of photography  as an adventure as I seek to express the extraordinary from the usually voiceless and yet remarkable life of the natural (and sometimes not so natural) wonders of the outdoor world.

 

Having left a successful position in the business world in Vancouver, BC, subsequently arming myself with a degree in psychology, I also picked up a camera, and a photography course or two.  I quickly realized the journey of seeing lines, patterns, shapes, and colours actually created moments of awe and wonder that confronted my productivity and usefulness. 

 

I look forward to continuing to grow my interest in the realm of capturing our world in my corner close to the Pacific shore to intrigue and inspire others to remain in moments of wonder.
